Credit card: Visa, MasterCard, through this website. We also offer bank E-Transfer and Cheque. When paying by cheque, we will start work on the order as soon as the cheque clears with our bank, which can take some time.

What is your warranty and return policy?

We trust you'll be happy with our prints. To help assure you, we offer a full refund return policy if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Simply return the print within 30 days. Email us regarding any problems and to arrange for shipping.

How does Interac e-Transfer payment option work?

We offer credit card and e-Transfer payments. Interac e-Transfer is a convenient and secure way to send money directly from your online banking. When you choose this payment method, we'll email you a payment request with instructions. Simply log into your online banking (through your bank's website or mobile app), select the e-Transfer option, and send the payment to the email address provided. The transfer is typically processed instantly, and you'll receive a confirmation once the payment is complete. Most Canadian banks offer e-Transfer as a standard feature with online or mobile banking, and it works with major financial institutions across Canada.

What are shipping costs?

We are delighted to offer complimentary shipping on the vast majority of our orders across Canada!

For our largest and most impactful pieces (typically those over 78 inches), standard shipping isn’t enough to guarantee a safe arrival. These oversized items require a special freight service.

We’ve made it easy to see if this applies. On the product page, if you select an oversized dimension, a message will appear right next to the price letting you know a custom shipping quote may be needed.

The bottom line: If you don't see that message on the product page, your shipping is free!

For our standard free shipments, we use trusted carriers like Loomis, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post to bring your purchase to your doorstep.

Once I place my order how long will it take to ship the picture?

The process of building your picture takes about a week for wrapped-canvas and two weeks with a floater frame. This is our workflow which normally starts within a day or two of receiving your order.
