What is your warranty and return policy?

We trust you'll be happy with our prints. To help assure you, we offer a full refund return policy if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Simply return the print within 30 days. Email us regarding any problems and to arrange for shipping.

How does Interac e-Transfer payment option work?

We offer credit card and e-Transfer payments. Interac e-Transfer is a convenient and secure way to send money directly from your online banking. When you choose this payment method, we'll email you a payment request with instructions. Simply log into your online banking (through your bank's website or mobile app), select the e-Transfer option, and send the payment to the email address provided. What are shipping costs?

Free shipping within Canada. Your purchase will arrive at your doorstep. For shipments within Canada we use Loomis, Purolator, FedEx, and Canada Post.

Once I place my order how long will it take to ship the picture?

The process of building your picture takes about a week for wrapped-canvas and two weeks with a floater frame. This is our workflow which normally starts within a day or two of receiving your order.
