Try to avoid hanging a canvas print where there will be large variation in temperature and humidity such as above a stove or heat vent or in a poorly ventilated bathroom.
Yes, cleaning your canvas print will keep it looking vibrant. Remove the print from the wall and tap it gently on the back of the print to remove any larger dust particles. With a soft, slightly damp cloth, gently wipe the front print face to remove any dust. The top edge of the print accumulates the most dust, so after you finish the front face, wipe down the sides and bottom edge, then finish with the top edge.
Our trips are multi-day backpacks. When we are out we’re in work-mode, so we do not take anyone out with us. We like to keep things simple and do not want to take on additional obligations. Also, we are not legally qualified to take people along.
The image is the primary value in our prints. It’s important to us as professional photographers to maintain control of the printing process to ensure you get a print that meets our high standards and looks as good as the image you see on our website. Consequently we prefer not to sell our digital files.
No, that’s not our business. We print only our own pictures and sell them through this website. This way we can control all the factors from photography to the final print. There are many excellent print shops regionally and online that specialize in printing photos.
We are not comfortable with our photographs being used as references for your artwork. Lots of time, energy, equipment and artistic interpretation is put into each of our fine art photographs for sale. We feel that your artwork will be more authentic if your artwork is inspired by spending time in the wild gathering reference photographs that are meaningful to you.
Our contact page has a quick contact form as well as phone number and email. We’d love to hear from you.
